The “Today” screen shows what you will eat at each meal, in grams, and how many calories you have left for the day.
You see its colour, what is in it and how much of it fits in your meal.
You cook one pot for everyone. The app tells you how many grams to put on your own plate, separately for each part of the dish, e.g. pasta and mince.
They are the app’s two advisors. You choose one and ask them anything about your food. They reply in writing and, if you like, by voice in Greek. Jason has a male voice and Iris a female voice. You decide the tone of the conversation.
Jason and Iris are AI assistants, not doctors or dietitians. The calories and grams are worked out by the app with fixed rules. The advisor explains them to you and answers your questions.
An illustrative example. In the app, the calories for each meal come from your own details.
You point the camera at the barcode. The app shows what is in the product and how much of it you can eat.
If you only want scanning, there is a separate “Scan and Product Opinion” plan at €3.90 a month.
An illustrative example, using the data in our database (Ciqual 2025) and the app’s rules.
Every rule has its source: published studies, the guidelines of EFSA (the European Food Safety Authority) and NICE (the UK’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence), and the Greek National Dietary Guidelines for Adults.
The equation we use for resting metabolic rate. In a systematic review it was the most reliable of the simple equations for adults.
The share of your body weight the app lets you lose each week. Never more than 1 kg.
Calories a day for women and men. The app never goes below these.
How often your calories are adjusted, based on the average of your weigh-ins.
Before it builds a plan, the app asks safety questions. In pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating disorders and other special cases, it does not build a weight-loss plan. The methods and the scientific content have been approved by a dietitian-nutritionist.
How we calculateAll plans have the same features. The only difference is how often you pay. Prices include VAT.
Two accounts, each with its own plan.
Product scanning only, with the assistant’s opinion. Without a subscription you get 5 scans a month.
The trial needs a payment method in the App Store or Google Play. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically. You cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings or, if you bought on the website, on the “My account” page. All prices

It is for healthy adults. In pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating disorders, type 1 diabetes, serious kidney disease and other special cases, the app does not build a weight-loss plan. It suggests healthy eating and refers you to a doctor or dietitian.

Your health details are asked for only with your explicit consent and are never sold. We do not send your name or your email address to the AI assistant. You can delete your account whenever you like.
