How to delete your MesogeaFit account and what happens to your data.

In the app
- Open MesogeaFit and go to “Me”.
- Select “Account” and then “Delete”.
- Confirm the deletion.
On the website, without the app
Your subscription
Deleting your account automatically cancels a subscription bought on the website. It does not cancel a subscription from the App Store or Google Play. Cancel that subscription first in the store’s settings, otherwise you will still be charged. The steps are on the Support page.
What is deleted and what we keep

| Account, health data, weigh-ins, plans, recipes, conversations, scan history | Deleted | Immediately, and from backups within 30 days |
| Purchases and receipts | Kept, because tax law requires it | As a rule, 5 years |
| Records of consent | Kept, so that we can prove what you accepted | 5 years after the account ends |
| Product photos you added | They stay in the product database, with no link to you | The link is erased immediately |
| Recipes you gave to the library for everyone | They stay, if you had agreed to this. You can withdraw the licence for the future |
