Subscriptions and refunds

General

This text forms part of the Terms of Use. All prices include VAT and apply to Greece. In other countries, the price is shown before you buy.

How refunds work: where a refund is provided for, we make it ourselves for purchases on mesogeafit.com and Google Play. For App Store purchases, only Apple can make the refund. We direct you to Apple with a ready-written reason and, if Apple does not approve the refund, we give you a free extension of equal value or a service of equal value.

Plans

The dietitian appointment is not one of our plans. It is the dietitian’s own service, which you arrange and pay for directly with him (Terms of Use, “Dietitian appointments”). Appointments are in Greek only.

Free trial

• 3 days free, once per person, through the App Store, Google Play or the website.
• Two days before you are charged, we send you a reminder so that you have time to cancel.
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (App Store), or by the time it ends (Google Play and website), the subscription you chose starts automatically.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.

Price changes

A new price for an existing subscription applies only from the next renewal, and we tell you about it at least 30 days in advance. Where the store requires it, we ask for your consent. If you do not agree, you can cancel at no charge.

14-day right of withdrawal

Purchases on mesogeafit.com. You can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase, without giving any reason (Articles 3e ff. of Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection; the electronic withdrawal function is provided for in Article 3za, as added by Greek Law 5317/2026).

1. Select “Withdraw from contract here”. You will find it at the bottom of every page of the website and in “Me › Subscription”, and it works without signing in to your account.
2. In the “Electronic Withdrawal Statement” form, enter your full name, the email address you used for the purchase or the order number, and where you want the confirmation sent. You do not need to give a reason.
3. Select “Confirm withdrawal”.
4. You immediately receive an email with a PDF that records your statement and the exact date and time.

The refund is made within 14 days, to the same payment method. Because you asked for the service to start immediately, only the value of the days you used is deducted.

App Store purchases. Apple handles payments and refunds. You make the request at reportaproblem.apple.com. The app takes you there with one button.

Google Play purchases. During the first 48 hours, Google makes the refund. After that, and up to 14 days, we make it, using the same procedure as for the website.

Refunds for health reasons

If something changes in your health and the plan is no longer safe for you, you can ask for a refund for the rest of the period or switch to the Scan and Product Opinion service. For purchases on the website and Google Play, we make the refund within 1 to 3 working days. For the App Store, we send you to Apple with a ready-written reason.

Duo

The administrator pays. If the administrator cancels, the member keeps access until the end of the period and can continue with their own subscription without losing any data.

Message packs

Message packs are one-off purchases and do not expire. A message with a photo counts as 2 messages from the pack and listening to a spoken answer counts as 1, as shown before you buy. A pack that has not been used at all is refundable within 14 days of purchase, in the way described under “General”.

Receipts

For every payment on the website, you receive an electronic receipt by email. For purchases in the stores, the receipt comes from Apple or Google. For the dietitian appointment, the dietitian issues the receipt himself.
