Withdrawal statement
This applies to purchases on mesogeafit.com. You can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase. The form works without signing in to your account.
Your refund
The refund is made within 14 days, to the same payment method. Because you asked for the service to start immediately, only the value of the days you used is deducted.
Purchases from the App Store or Google Play
For App Store purchases, you make the request to Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, Google makes the refund during the first 48 hours. After that, and up to 14 days, we make it, using this form. All the rules are on the Subscriptions and refunds page.
